Registration Information for New, Returning, and Transfer Students

New, returning, and transfer students who apply for admission will receive registration information to their assigned State Center Community College District (SCCCD) email account. Activate your SCCCD email account .

Students may check their eligibility for registration by accessing WebAdvisor.  Go to the Registration Eligibility link to view academic holds, registration holds, and your registration appointment date.

If you are a new student, returning former student, or a transfer student, go to our Steps to Success pages for New Students or Returning & Transfer Students designed to specifically assist you through the admissions and registration processes.

Enrollment Priority regulations are in effect for Summer/Fall 2014 registration. Students who have earned 90 or more degree applicable units and students on academic/progress probation for two or more consecutive semesters, within State Center Community College District (which includes Fresno City College, Reedley College, Clovis Community College Center, Madera/Oakhurst Centers), will be affected by these new regulations. The Class schedules are available online, as well as an Open Class Listing links below (updated every hour) providing our students with a quick reference as they begin to build their class schedules. Remember to check your "Registration Eligibility Information" and clear any holds or probation standings before you attempt to register, waitlist or add classes.

October 30, 2014     Registration begins for Mandated and District Approved Priority Groups
November 4, 2014 Registration begins for Continuing students, with a SEP on file by October 10th, and in good standing , by assigned date
November 17, 2014

Registration begins for All First-time students fully matriculated by November 7th

November 19, 2014  Registration begins for Continuing students without SEP's
November 24, 2014 Registration begins for First time students not fully matriculated
November 25, 2014 Registration for Returning Students with an SEP on file by November 7th.
December 1, 2014    Spring Registration is open to all students not in good standing or have earned more than 90 degree applicable units within SCCCD, and high school enrichment students.

Summer 2015 Semester dates: May 26, 2015 - August 7, 2015

Fall 2015 Semester dates: August 13, 2015 - December 18, 2015
