January 4 REQUIRED CONTACT 1 (SEP): sessions begin for New to EOPS (Freshman students) New students are required to meet with an EOPS counselor to establish a Student Educational Plan (SEP) before receiving their ASB card or Bookstore credit. This appointment can be scheduled online or at the self-serve kiosk in the EOPS office.

January 7 1st PELL Grant Disbursement

January 11 Spring 2016 semester instruction begins

January 11 COUN 150 class begins (1st 9 weeks)

January 18 Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday (Campus closed, no classes)

January 19 REQUIRED CONTACT 1 (SEP): sessions begin for Continuing EOPS students.

(Must be completed by Tuesday, March 29, 2016 to receive priority registration.) ALL continuing students need to schedule a meeting with an EOPS counselor to review their Student Educational Plan (SEP). This appointment can be scheduled online or at the self-serve kiosk in the EOPS office.

January 19 EOPS Learning Center opens. Tutors are available to assist you.

January 29 Last day to add full-term class/to drop a full-term class (no “W” on transcript) in person.

February 5 Last day to declare PASS/NO PASS grade option.

February 11 Last day to use the EOPS book service account at the FCC Bookstore.

February 11 Last day to receive Associated Student Body (ASB) identification card.

February 12 Lincoln Day holiday (Campus closed, no classes)

February 15 Washington Day Holiday (Campus closed, no classes)

February 16 REQUIRED CONTACT 2 (C4S): Connecting 4 Success group meetings begin.

(Last day to complete is Thursday, March 24, 2016.) This appointment can be scheduled online or at the self-serve kiosk in the EOPS office.

February 16 EOPS Emergency Loan begins (Last day to apply is Tuesday, March 8, 2016)

February 25 Financial Aid (SEOG and Loan Disbursement)

March 2 Financial Aid priority deadline; FCC Scholarship application deadline; Cal Grant deadline

March 11 Last day to withdraw from college or to be dropped from 18-week classes with a “W.”

March 14 COUN 150 class begins (2nd 9 weeks)

March 18 Application to apply for graduation due.

March 21 – 25 Spring Break (Offices open March 21 – March 24. No classes March 25)

March 30 - 31 PRIORITY (EARLY) REGISTRATION
