The Fresno City College Scholarship Program has helped thousands of students attending Fresno City College achieve their educational goals.
To be successful, this program depends on our donors who demonstrate their support for our college and their commitment to higher education with their generous contributions. Awards range from $100 to $2000 per year. Our donors designate specific criteria based on academic achievement, educational and career goals, and financial need. See the FCC Scholarship Listing link below for each criteria.

Business Office Occupations Teachers Scholarship Application (Transfer Students Only) CLOSED -
Students need to complete the general Fresno City College scholarship online application to be considered for any of our Institutional scholarships. However, some donors may require additional documents and/or interviews/auditions from their applicants. Please refer to each scholarship criteria for more information.
Most scholarships require full time enrollment (12 or more units) at Fresno City College, however, the FCC nursing, dental hygiene, and radiological technology scholarships require being enrolled in those programs. DSP&S (Disabled Students Programs & Services) scholarships require a minimum of six units or half-time enrollment at FCC. A minimum 2.5 grade point average (GPA) is required, unless otherwise specified. Some scholarships require a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and must be maintained throughout the award year to remain eligible for subsequent disbursements.
The Scholarship Committees and donors review scholarship applications for selection of recipients generally from April through June. Students who are selected will be sent an email to their school email address following the selections. Recipients will be advised of the terms of the award, how it is disbursed during the school year and the need to maintain GPA requirements and enrollment status during the year the scholarship is received. Scholarship awards will be presented at an annual awards ceremony that will be held in the fall.
Occasionally, scholarship recipients cannot accept their awards and the Selection Committee will then select alternate students, according to the order they are ranked as alternates. Unfortunately, there are not enough funds to award a scholarship to all students who apply. Please continue to apply for scholarships each year.
