Fresno City College is committed to supporting our students striving to achieve healthy lifestyles. By enrolling in a one-unit, eight-week class, you will benefit from online resources and hands-on activities geared towards promoting fitness and health.
Students who sign-up for Team HEAL will receive the following benefits:
- Initial basic health and fitness assessment including blood pressure, height and weight, and body mass index measurements
- Meet weekly with trained faculty on weight control, proper diet, developing a workout program, and the benefits of activity
- Online collaboration with classmates
- Free Pedometer, water bottle, and Team HEAL T-shirt
