All current active students of Fresno City College (and any community college within the State Center Community College District) are eligible for clinical services. In the event that a student drops their coursework, services may be terminated and appropriate referrals will be offered.
Students may seek Psychological Services for various reasons. The following are some common student concerns: adjustment to college, anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, personal growth and exploration, grief and loss, stress and anger management, and questions regarding sexual orientation or gender identity.
In addition to the Psychological Services available at the Fresno City College campus, West Fresno Center student can also access free immediate access to teletherapy, crisis support, and well resources with Uwill.

Fresno Area Express
West Fresno Center is served by Fresno Area Express (FAX) bus #38. Hinton Center bus stop is right in front of the West Fresno Center entrance located on Church Avenue.
Students can take bus #01 from Weldon Station and get off at Van Ness Station. Walk to the SE Fresno - Fulton Mall station and jump on to bus #38.

At the West Fresno Center the Lactation Room (Breastfeeding Room, Nursing Room) is available for use by students, faculty, or staff.
- Location: Lactation Room - A215 is located on the second floor in the west hallway
- Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Please check out the key to the Lactation Room from the Student Aide or Counseling Services counters located in the lobby downstairs in the Academic Building.
Students are protected against capricious, arbitrary, unreasonable, unlawful, false, malicious, or professionally inappropriate evaluations or behavior by a faculty member, a staff member, an administrator or an official of the College or another student. Student complaints may be classified as grievances and fall into one of three categories: Academic, Non-Academic, and Discrimination.
It is our charge to provide a prompt and equitable means of resolving student grievances. These procedures shall be available to any student who reasonably believes a Fresno City College institutional decision or action has adversely affected his or her status, rights, or privileges as a student.
