Appointments are available on a limited basis for the computer lab or a study space. Please contact the Library at 559.442.8204 to make an appointment for up to 2 hours at a time. You will need to know your student ID number when you call for the appointment.
Faculty and Staff Resources
For staff or faculty who have been evacuated due to the wildfires, we are providing the following additional resources for you.
For classified professionals:
Please contact your supervising manager, your Dean, or Sareang Nhim in Human Resources for emergency assistance as needed. If you are unable to connect to the internet, please contact your manager as soon as possible and they will assist you in securing a MiFi and additional devices.
For faculty:
Please contact your department chair, Dean, or Paola Lopez in Human Resources for emergency assistance as needed. If you are unable to continue with instruction of your classes, please also let your students, department chair, and dean know. If you don’t have internet access, contact your department chair or dean as soon as possible, and they will ensure that an email message is sent to your students.
State Center Community College District offers free and confidential mental health resources through Halcyon. They can be reached at 1.888.425.4800 and clinicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Fresno City College Emergency Student Aid Fund
Fresno City College has an Emergency Student Aid Fund set-up through the State Center Community College Foundation. If you would like to make a donation by check please note “FCC Emergency Fund” in the memo of your check. The SCCC Foundation address is 1171 Fulton St., 2nd Floor Fresno, CA 93721.

American Red Cross
The American Red Cross Central Valley Region can be reached at 559.455.1000 for hotel vouchers and food.
If you would like to donate to the American Red Cross Central Valley Chapter, you can do so online. No food or clothing donations are being accepted due to COVID-19 restrictions. Only cash donations will be accepted. You can learn more about donating and volunteering at American Red Cross Central California Region.
Local Donations
If you would like to help the Big Creek School District community, they are requesting gift certificates from Walmart or Target. You can either mail them to the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, or drop them off at their front desk. They are open 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM weekdays.
