Replacing a Diploma or Certificate
Your request may be made in person once the campus reopens, by mail, or by FAX. In addition to the completed and signed Diploma or Certificate Replacement form, be sure to include either the copy of your receipt from our Business Office, or a Cashier’s Check or Money Order in the amount specified below. Personal checks cannot be accepted.

Normally, replacement Diplomas or Certificates are processed in thirty (30) business days except during periods which involve holidays or at the end of each semester. At those times, you should allow at least forty-five (45) business days for processing.

Replacing Diplomas
Replacements of all Diplomas are produced by the Admissions and Records Office. The fee of $10.00 must be paid to the Fresno City College Business office. You must complete, print and sign the Diploma or Certificate Replacement Request form and must submit it to Admissions and Records with the receipt issued by the Business Office.
