Fresno City College will be offering TEAS Testing at the West Fresno Center campus. Please complete the RSVP form below to book an appointment. 

1. Create an ATI login at ATI Testing Website. Do not book your appointment at the ATI website.
2. The ATI TEAS exam is $70 and you pay in the testing room on the day of the exam. Debit/credit only. No cash or check. 
3. Please enter only ONE submission for your TEAS test appointment. You do not need to enter more than one submission. If you enter multiple submissions than you will be taking seats away from other students.
4. If you do not see a particular test date on the submission form, it is because the testing date has reached its capacity and cannot hold any more students.
5. Fresno City College only offers TEAS test version 7.
6. The TEAS test will held in A-203 at the West Fresno Center 600 E Church Ave Fresno, CA 93706
7. The January testing dates are fully booked. Please visit the website for information on upcoming testing availability.
