The FCC Review
The Fresno City College Review (formerly known as The Ram's Tale) is published each spring semester by the Humanities Division of Fresno City College. The contents are the work of students of Fresno City College; the authors and the artists retain all rights to their work. Printed editions will be available in the Humanities Division Office.

Writing
Submissions of writing are accepted only via email. Submit to the instructor based upon writing genre.
Poetry

Submissions must be your own original content. You retain the copyright to your work. Your submissions should be your best possible work. Revisions of already-submitted work will not be accepted.
For Poetry, submit up to ten pages of poetry in one document. Start a new poem on a new page. For fiction, send 1 to 2 short stories equaling no more than 20 pages in length. For non-fiction, submit 1 to 2 essays equaling no more than 20 pages in length.
Make sure your name, the title and genre of the piece is included in the content of the file you send.
An email must accompany all submissions with the following information:
- full name
- phone number
- email address
- title of the work
- genre
The Fresno City College Review editing team reserves the right to perform corrective editing. We will do everything in our power to contact you before any other editing to your work is performed.
All work submitted via email constitutes your understanding and agreement of all information listed on this submissions webpage.
Digital Photography
Submit through email to Sara Deasy: sara.deasy@fresnocitycollege.edu
- No more than five photos may be submitted by each person each year.
- Digital photos should be at least 4x7 inches and 300 dpi to ensure good print quality if they are selected for publication.
- Submissions must be your own original content. You retain the copyright to your work.
- Your submissions should be your best possible work. Revisions of already-submitted photographs will not be accepted.
- All work submitted via email must include the following information:

- title of the work

Art
Submissions must be your own original content. You retain the copyright to your work and your submission will be returned to you after it has been reviewed by the judges. Your submissions should be your best possible work. Revisions of already-submitted submissions will not be accepted.
Please place your submission in a protective envelope. On the envelope, please include the following information:

- title of the work

The Fresno City College Review editors do not take responsibility for lost or damaged original art submitted for review and publication. All possible means will be taken to not damage artwork in the course of review for publication. Small pieces of artwork should be placed in a manila folder for protection.
