Zoltan Andre Torok

Zoltan Andre Torok received post-doctoral training in Health Psychology at the University of California Merced, investigating how various interventions can improve sleep and stress.  Dr. Torok received his Ph.D. in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado, where he studied the effects of chemotherapy and creatine monohydrate on skeletal muscle toxicity.  Dr. Torok has worked in various sectors, including universities, grocery stores, public health, and fitness centers.  In his free time, Dr. Torok competes in ultra-running events, teaches theology, and is a strength & condition coach/nutritionist consultant.
