We provide the following services: budget oversight, student hiring, coordination of classified transactions, distribution of room keys/staff-FOB ID badges, and facilities reservations and rentals.

Services
- Budget Oversight - review and monitor general fund budget and grants. Provide fiscal training.
- Student Hiring - conduct & process new hire orientations, issue time sheets, and process payroll.
- Classified HR - initiate personnel action forms for hiring campus-wide.
- Key/Staff ID-FOB Distribution - issue room, building, and auxiliary keys or Staff ID/FOB badges to staff, administrators, and faculty.
- Facilities Reservations and Rentals - book reservations for campus facility requests for the campus and community.

Vice President of Administrative Services
Daniel Moore
Daniel Moore is a seasoned executive leader with over 22 years of experience in capital projects administration, public works, and strategic planning. As the Vice President of Administrative Services for Fresno City College, he brings a wealth of expertise in project management, facilities management, construction oversight, and financial stewardship, ensuring the institution’s continued growth and excellence.
Before joining Fresno City College, Daniel served as the Capital Projects Administrator for San Joaquin County, where he managed a $200M+ Capital Outlay Fund and directed multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects. His leadership was instrumental in the adoption of the county’s historic $425M Capital Improvement Program, the largest financial commitment in its 175-year history. Recognized for his ability to foster collaboration across teams, he oversaw the design, procurement, and execution of complex projects while maintaining fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
Daniel’s career spans multiple high-level leadership roles, including his tenure at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, where he oversaw strategic operational initiatives for the firm’s elite corporate clients in the Silicon Valley region. His ability to integrate Agile/Scrum methodologies into project management has driven innovation and process optimization across various sectors.
Beyond his technical expertise, Daniel is a dedicated mentor and advocate for professional development. He has been a featured speaker at industry forums, including the University of the Pacific’s American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the California Association of Public Procurement Officials (CAPPO), sharing insights on leadership, capital project administration, and public sector innovation.
Daniel is a first-generation college student and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the University of Maryland, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University. He is also a Certified Scrum Master and an active member of the Construction Owner’s Association of America (COAA) and the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
As Vice President of Administrative Services for Fresno City College, Daniel is committed to fostering institutional growth, enhancing campus infrastructure, and championing student success through strategic planning and innovation. His leadership will help shape the college’s future, ensuring an environment that empowers students, faculty and staff to excel.
