Fresno City College’s Dance Department hosts a celebration of dance entertainment and education on National Dance Day, Saturday, July 28. The Fresno dance community is invited to celebrate with a day of FREE master classes and entertainment, weaved with scholarship possibilities and prizes awarded to worthy participants. Our guest teachers are dance professionals from our community and abroad; many of whom, are past Fresno City College alumni that are trailblazers in the arts!
WHO IS INVITED: local and regional middle schools, junior high schools, high schools, dance schools, cheerleading organizations, color guard, and marching band members, as well as any guests interested in dance education.

DATE: Saturday, July 28th
TIME: 10:00 am-8:00pm
CLASSES OFFERED: Hip hop, ballet, contemporary, choreography, conditioning, jazz, ballroom, tap, African, and many more will be offered. So You Think You Can Dance choreography workshop (students will learn the syndicated SYTYCD choreography and it will be posted on SYTYCD Facebook)
MINORS MUST HAVE A GUARDIAN SIGNED WAIVER TO PARTICIPATE: email cristal.tiscareno@fresnocitycollege.edu to have waiver mailed to you or arrive early or come between 8am-10am on day of event with parent to fill out the waiver form.

- Session One Master classes 10:00am-11:00am
- Session Two Master classes 11:15am-12:15pm
- Break 12:15pm-1:30pm (Food available to purchase)
- Session Three Master classes 1:30pm-2:30pm
- Session Four Master classes 2:45pm-3:45pm
- SYTYCD choreography 4:00pm-5:00pm (on theatre stage)
- Break 5:00pm-6:00pm
- Informal Performance showcase with professional panel 6:00pm-8:00pm (theatre stage)
